Its my Birthday tomorrow so I'm off bowlin tonight with the wife n kid , I aint been since I was about 15 , anyone got any tips as I remember being gash and I aint getting beat by the wife or an 11 year old

Played for a club when I was younger.

Smithy's bowling tips:
- It's not all about lobbing it down there as hard as you can. Get your aim right and power really is irrelevant.
- Don't show off. You'll slip and look like a tit. I've been there my friend.
- Watch Kingpin before you go.

No. Superglue is also permitted.

You can also "notice" them stepping on the line and deduct points.

Don't think of it as alcohol, think of it as aiming fluid.

not sure this is of any use but i did see a video once of a girl shoving a 'pin' (skittle?) up her arse. Hey ho. May i also suggest giving the 11yr old some drink too. . . . . The odd pint won't do any harm!!
