Off the top of my head, I think Sheedy is the only coach at the club who wasn't a defender. And look how well the Academy have done!

Can we not have a full g.s. sized banner with a gap where the goal is and big arrows highlighting it, or maybe if everyone stood and pointed at the goal it may will them on like a big collective phil nevilleness.

I just think we don't have the players to play 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1 whichever way you look at it, it doesn't work for us and is immensely dull to watch at times. why DM refuses to play 4-4-2 is beyond me but hey i'm not the manager what do i know.

I think Moyes needs to do some 'back to basics' sessions with the lads. Was it three seasons ago that we kept a club record number of clean sheets with mostly the same set up? We still do it when we want, such as against City, but nowhere near as often as we should. We need to cut out the sloppiness.
