That's going to be a lot harder under Sam as he doesn't get past the 4th round in 60% of the FA cup matches he's been the manager.See you at Wembley in may for the Cup final mate

I thought that was Koeman? Everyone and their mum was comparing him to Walker. Or was it Martinez? I forget. He will be our mike Walker appointment mark 2

Obviously you can act as you see fit, giving your ticket away is the thing I don't get.If you want to make a statement to the Chairman and board about your misgivings on signing Allerdyce surely an empty seat would make more of a statement and if you hadn't posted your intentions here nobody would be the wiser.Seems a few are doing the same as you, so as a protest it's a bit of a waste of time don't you think?I can only speak for myself mate but I don't particularly believe I'm taking the morally high ground here. His shady dealings are probably quite low on my list of reasons why I think he's unsuitable to be manager of Everton. In fact I hate the way the media set up people like this, and had it happened to anybody other than Allardyce, I probably would have been outraged.
If I sat down and really thought about it, I could probably quite easily come up with at least 20 reasons why he shouldn't have been appointed. A lot of it is down to my personal dislike of the man and that goes back years, but I do genuinely also believe that he will leave this club in a worse place than when he joined, difficult as that may be to imagine.
My anger is not at Allardyce though. Not yet anyway. I'm sure I'll be looking for things to blame on him as is the norm with these things. My anger is with the Club management for allowing us to get into the position whereby appointing this guy is acceptable to so many of our fan base. The last 20 years or so have been a series of disasters, on after the other, but just as we start to believe again that the good times just might be on the way back, to get the kick in the teeth we've had this season culminating in this appointment.
This is my lowest ebb in 50 years of supporting Everton mate and I'm trying to find things to laugh at otherwise I would literally break down. For me personally, now is the time to take a stand against the club management, and the only way I can do this is by stopping going to the game, at least whilst Allardyce & Co are at the helm. Won't make any difference this season as my ST has already been paid for, and a mate of mine will still go to the game in my place. But I won't be renewing if things stay as they are. Everton is still part of me though and I want them to win every time they take to the pitch. In fact, it's because the club means so much to me that the whole thing has upset me so much.
Which is why I don't take kindly to people on here standing in judgment, especially as they don't know me from Adam. I'm not telling anybody else how to react. I can't believe there's so many fans that welcome his appointment but I don't judge them on it.
Oh and by the way.. there may be some changes at the top of the club (soon) that many will be happy with.
Out of order that mate. We've been reigning league champs for 30 years, I've lost count how many cups we've won, and we play a brand of football that makes Barcelona drool...then Sam appears..people have a right to be concerned...Give him a chance first you overreactive melts
He may not be ideal, but it is what it is. He's our Fat Sam

Its a very good point you make. My problem is I'm retired and miss quite a few games anyway as I spend a lot of time away in Cornwall. My mate takes my ticket. He can't really affotd to go the game and I guess I don't want to deprive him. I'm just too soft really. Good point you make though.Obviously you can act as you see fit, giving your ticket away is the thing I don't get.If you want to make a statement to the Chairman and board about your misgivings on signing Allerdyce surely an empty seat would make more of a statement and if you hadn't posted your intentions here nobody would be the wiser.Seems a few are doing the same as you, so as a protest it's a bit of a waste of time don't you think?
Interesting...this is what I would like to see regardless of who we have as manager. Any more info? Kenwright & Elstone binned? Hope so..Oh and by the way.. there may be some changes at the top of the club (soon) that many will be happy with.
