Any U23 match rumours? I did a few of these last year at grounds I wouldn't normally go to.

Does anybody know when the U23's friendly matches will be announced ? I do usually go to a few of them and their mostly play local teams.

A little off topic, I am right in thinking that our agreement to play games at Southport comes to an end now. Surely our next U23 is as also at Goodison but where are we going next season?

I did mention that we maybe playing in the FL Trophy a few weeks back. I for one am happy about it, maybe a chance at a few lower league away games that we wouldn't normally play. Fleetwood away please.

I agree been watching the U21s/reserves for years and crowds have steadily declined but that can be a marketing thing as well. We had a decent crowd against Leicester at home because it was advertised 2weeks before the game that it was at Goodison. Normally trying to get the venue from the club...

I'm not sure I like the idea of the U21s playing their matches at finch farm. It's seems a bit to "safe" to me. There comes a time when players need to be playing in front of a live crowd whether it be on loan or not.
