New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I disagree profoundly. I think it dwarfs those on-pitch issues. You have nothing if you dont have identity - because if you dont have identity you dont have meaning.
We do have identity, we're globally known as the team with the best ground in the premier league. The team with the iconic waterfront stadium.
To be honest, it's probably the most positive addition to our identity since paul rideout scored at wembly 30 years ago.

It's known as the H*** D******** stadium though.

They get the plaudits and exposure, we just get associated with 'their' stadium...even though it's Everton fans who'll pay every penny of the £800M it cost to build.

Yeah just like NEC won the cup and Hafnia won the league and the littlewoods clock end, and that time Chang finished 4th
This is up there with your all time ridiculous new stadium takes.
1 the wind turbines being dangerous
2 the dock wall needing to be knocked
3 no one associates it with Everton.

Our old stadium was named after a road.

I Wonder was there an 1890 Davek complaining that there was no name on it then.? Particularly as the RS wanted to be called Everton at inception.

At least we have an income stream now

Sorry, prob been covered here many times, I just can't find a thread but what is the best place to park on a non event/match day to walk the dog, see the stadium (exterior). Was looking at places like Esk street on street parking or princes multi storey (do want to get into town after for couple of hours...still with the dog). Any suggestions very welcome. (I have a blue badge).

Near the ground I've used the parking lay-bys literally opposite the northern entrance or by the BM pub. Lot of people park in Walter St and wander across too.

If you can walk from Princes Dock then that's not too far either. If you want to give the dog a break you could go to the Stanley Lock Flight for a bit of greenery and there's a park a little further up, both off Gt Homer St.

You also forgot the not being able to see the stadium over the wall and it was not going to be built in the first place.

I feel for you mate..

I have heard the responses on "Tinder" can be quite harsh..

Maybe don't use your GOT profile in future..

Does anyone know when the season ticket prices/renewal dates will be for next season? I'm sure my last direct debit payment for this season is the beginning of January.
There are no prices or dates as yet for next season, I would imagine March/April time. It was done earlier last year due to the move. 👍
