2025/26 David Moyes

Why is it all doom and gloom now again? We’re safely mid table and we’re missing our best players. I dont know what people expectations are really.
Personally I find posts like this a bit weird. We’ve just failed to beat a team who have only taken 1 point from their previous 8 games and are 6 points from safety in 19th, and in doing so failed to score for the 3rd consecutive game. I don’t want the manager sacking or anything, but we’re hardly going to be doing somersaults are we?!

Moyes is still the biggest Everton loser out of them all.

Most losses in Europe as our manager.

Most losses in the League cup as our manager.

The most losses in the FA cup without lifting it once.

Let's give him a contract extension LOL
If you’re comparing Moyes to any other manager we’ve had, then by simple mathematics Moyes has been manager for 12 years, a lot more than any other manager by a mile?? By all the metrics you point out, it’s impossible to not be top of them lists simply by game played! But don’t let facts stand in the way of agenda!

I dont really know where you are going with the we'll see. Both are limited managers. Thats another debate. You made a comment that just surviving wasnt the expectation under Dyche. It was the whole expectation under dyche. There was nothing else in dyches time here.
That's the opposite of what I said. I literally said that just staying up was the expectation under Dyche, and that his critics (me included) thought that was unacceptable. I then stated that some of the posters that considered that unacceptable under Dyche suddenly seem comfortable with that under Moyes under the banner of "stability" and that that is a double standard.

He is going to rewatch his boys on Anfield TV.

Your posting frequency directly correlates to their wins. Saw your arse on here when a number of people called you for it. Now you keep bringing it up. You got overly weird whenever I criticised them, but now in an about turn you’re suggesting I am one. You absolutely reek of it and it caught up with you.

Dunno, you can’t get in that thread quick enough when they win against some janitors from some European backwater somewhere, so I did assume it was of interest to you.

That thread is just the AI crybots talking to themselves now. Remembering the good old days when their programming all aligned unlike now.

Got people pissing in their adult nappies because we’re not in a European place less than a year after inheriting a squad that everyone thought would do well to limp to 36 points. Picking them up indeed.
Now who's making up stuff?! It's a shame you have to create tantrumy false narratives that have absolutely nothing to do with what I posted.

Course it is, you’ve posted in it over 30 times since your Tory scab saviour was appointed.

Always liked Forest myself. Prem is better for having them in it, proper ground, proper team.

Just saying that the standards have clearly been raised from last year. Are you disputing that?
I've acknowledged that we're a bit better. We should be as we have better players and no PSR nonsense hanging over us. Have they been raised a lot? Not really. The game against Sunderland in the cup will show us if we're serious about raising them for real.

It doesn't though, does it? The people you're talking about are the ones that are unhappy (the opposite of "making some people's weekend") with today's result because it wasn't a win. Then there's people like yourself who actually aren't bothered about dropping points claiming the people who are bothered are happy. Can you see the flaw in your logic?
The thing is it does make some peoples weekends, they just wait for it so they can come on here and push there Moyes out agenda. You don’t hear from them or see them celebrating in here when we win! Proper miserable shits!

How do you know what kind of person I am ya bad weirdo, I’ve been going the game over 30 years and I am desperate to see us do something. But that doesn’t mean I can’t employ my brain and be logical about where we are. We have been in bin for the last decade, and seriously poor the last 3 years. we are one window under new ownership. There’s a lot of positive signs to be happy about, we don’t need to jump off the deep end when a result doesn’t go our way!

About the same time as Harry Catterick that.

We also had managers/secretaries in place at the start of our history in place longer than that.

Some real facts for you.
