The challenge on Barry is given as a foul all the time. Saliba missed the ball and kicked right through his foot.

The only reason they didn't overturn the Saliba on Barry one is because the media and Arsenal fans would have cried about it (despite being a correct decision to do so) for a month at least. They don't give it and it won't get any air time whatsoever.
