2025/26 Charly Alcaraz

The pass he tried (granted I never got a second look) is defensible though because getting it through is a tap in while the cut back is more of a half chance
I feel crossing is the harder option since he'd have to beat the keeper and the last man before a shot is even taken.

Going for the easy, proper shot at goal while we're losing is always preferable to me.

AFCON and injuries will force a lineup shuffle. There can be some good that comes out of this. Dibling can finally get some real time on the pitch. And a lineup change could be a real breath of fresh air into the club. We don’t have tons of options but we do have them. The manager needs to flex them depending on who we’re playing or throughout the match.

Always makes stuff happen. Would have even flying leading up to this game but then is dropped for no reason. Same as the end of last season when he was one of our better players. What’s this lad done to get benched so often.
Re final sentence, who do you drop from the attacking 3? He isn’t a CM and our CMs aren’t strong enough to not have a 10 who helps out (aka Doucs).
We lost 15 players and have had a full rebuild. That’s not 1 window.
If we had Enzo and Caceido then yes, a 10 who drifts about would be ok but we haven’t.
He now probably has the chance over the next few games to show that he’s undeopable.
I hope he takes it

Two of the three are super droppable and the one who isn’t is leaving for a month
