The reflection in the glass on the South Stand is the main reason why I would be against any infill of Nelson Dock. My belief is that any infill would spoil the reflection and would detract from the South Stand's outer appearance.

Nothing of note will be built on the Nelson Dock because H*** D******** wont have their giant billboard obscured for anything, and this club will allow the no marks to call all the shots just to get another £3M p.a. into the debt repayment kitty.

I missed the first couple of games so didn’t experience the problems but since I’ve been going it’s been great. No problems whatsoever.

They had what looked like the local chapter of the Hells Angel's on the gate running the show.

No idea if the same people are running it, but there was a bit of a stir when someone who ran for Reform UK in last year's election had the licence for over the road.

It's fact moving all this situation over bars setting up and plans falling by the wayside, so I might be doing the place an injustice. Others will defo know who owns it...

There's a few people involved. Terry's timber as they own it, a Maltese fella, couple of others. The reform candidate that your referring to is just the face of it really, and involved because of his contacts in the licensing trade.

It looks like they are expanding Aintree train station for what it’s worth, I’ve driven last recently and there is a what looks like similar works to what happened at Sandhills, I assume this helps people parking there if not walking to it and queueing up

That's a petrol station I think mate. One of those 'go' one's. Nothing to do with the station itself. Used to be the car wash.

Would be interesting to know how the club are getting on with acquiring Nelson Dock. Think it’s vital we purchase it, so we aren’t hemmed in by any developments Peel have in mind. Our footprint is already small enough.
