New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Ok, but im sure when I was at the game, there were people stood outside the pubs with drinks. Surely they won't ban outdoor drinking altogether, must be some sort of small print
Sorry can't find any links crap with all that how you managed that never gonna happen imo maybe trying to stop like the spellow pub say were alot of lads just brought they're own cans ... people trying to cut costs because everything is expensive maybe trying to stop that . don't know as for town don't know..

Agh, that makes more sense. So, stopping people drinking on the streets rather than stopping outdoor drinking. Just the way it's been reported I guess.

We have always been leasing it since the start of the build (directly or indirectly), as that was where LoR had their site cabins, material storage and parking. I assume we've just extended that lease and are utilising it for match day parking in the interim whilst negotiating the purchase. I was somewhat surprised there was no planning application for the temporary parking, but perhaps it is covered by the existing consent.

I'm quite sure if the purchase goes through, then we will be incorporating some sort of multi-storey car park within the development proposals as there is a clear need, plus we had one within the original stadium planning application before it was removed and replaced with the Western terrace.
Difficulty with location is getting cars past anti-vehicle barriers & one hour pre & post game/event road closures. Unless its near full all year round it might be difficult to get a justifiable ROI.

Think I'm missing the point, but multi-storey, combined with thousands walking down the regent rd, pre/post match, is a recipe for another car queue getting out? Unless of course the car parks not for fans on match days

Pubs in town can get a pavement licence e.g. Midland , Big House have tables outside.

Anyone know approx walk time after match to city centre? Goin to first game v West Ham and need to catch the last tunnel bus think its 23.35?!
About 20-25 mins in, when people are arriving staggered. Leaving all at once you're gonna get a bit clogged up at bits, the Bascule Bridge for example. But shouldn't take you longer than 30 mins if you get a clip on when the space opens up

I left Villa, managed a pint in the BMH and got back to Lime for my 6pm train, with time to spare to grab a few cans in Marks, with ease
