Bad ref decisions - for and against - season 2025/26

There were no real 'Clattenberg/Poll/Clive Thomas' decisions today, just a lot of 'little' ones here and there all adding up; Bradley not yellow carded for repeated fouls (seven on Grealish, I think), a throw in given for the RS when we should have had a corner, fouls awarded against us when similar incidents by Liverpool players were waved on, booking a player for taking a free kick too quickly, and the ludicrous 3 minutes added time.

None of these were game changers in themselves, but added together over the course of a match, you can see clearly that teams are refereed to different standards.

Surely the yellow will be recinded very quickly given that he's booked a player for something that's not in the rule book. It's like booking a player for repositioning the football when taking a corner or something—sheer madness.

Obviously not being recinded but once again we'll never see anyone booking for a quick free kick in the Premier League again.
Yellows cannot be rescinded as far as I'm aware, only reds

I’ve been reading and I see articles saying a yellow can be rescinded upon review and overturned with irrefutable evidence. I’m not sure if this is still the case. Even if it is, I don’t see Everton pursuing it. The league seems tilted against us, particularly as evidenced by PSR and 115 charges getting laughed at for City or Chelsea selling their hotel to themselves. I don’t think we’ll want more attention on us. Plus, that one decision didn’t decide the match. It didn’t help. I think we’ll just move on, be grateful Jack spoke up, and just try to start better and finish strong. That way, when things like this happen, we grumble a little but carry on.

Just like to put my pregame prediction in...
If there's a period where we are doing well, watch the ref, he will give the 50-50 fouls to them and let fouls go on us.

50-50 throw ins will go their way.

Guaranteed booking for the first everton challenge too.

I always hear ‘these things even out over the course of the season’

Just a reminder this thread is for bad decisions FOR and against us so feel free to update with all the dodgy decisions that have gone for us as well lads!

Lads?
We’re biased, so we just don’t see decisions the same way when they go our way. PGMOL went on record as saying wolves should have been given a pen against us but nobody’s mentioned it in here. That’s fine and totally normal, but just goes to show that us keeping our own tally isn’t ever going to work because we’ll just ignore everything that doesn’t fit with the narrative.

Honestly can't believe that. It was never a penalty. Wolves hardly even appealed for it

If it was the other way round we’d 100% be saying it was a pen, which is exactly my point. Like I say, it’s not a criticism, all fans will be the same, we’re inherently biased and so are much more likely to keep track of decisions against us than for us.
I can honestly say I'd never expect that to be given. It's not like we are regularly awarded penalties even for much clearer things.
