You can get away with a slower #10 if he’s a top top player. KDH just isn’t that. He's merely fine.

From what I've seen so far he's good enough for us. Against bottom half of the table teams he'll get between lines and cause some damage.

We need a CM who can go box to box. We need FBs with bags of pace.

I mean how good do we want to be? Because right now on the wings good enough for us is as good as anyone in the division. I’d like that to be the target in his position as well.

Think he’s a good player to be honest, he’s just inconsistent. A lot of the good I see Grealish doing is because of the good link up with KDH.

Can see Grealish likes playing with him and for me that’s enough

I would too. But I think replacing O'Brien and Mykolenko at FB and getting some drive from CM (maybe the German is the answer) is more a priority.

We could possibly go with Ndiaye out left, Dibling out right and Grealish playing a number 10 role. We have options at number 10.

I don’t think it’s inconsistency as such, he’s just not quite at the top level. Hes a good player, just no more than that. That’s fine for where we are though, I’m not knocking him for it.

I wouldn't be averse to him missing out and seeing Dibling get a start. Doubt it will happen but against poor opposition at home it could work.

Our midfield needs to be allowed to compete. We have bossed games when we’ve stepped up the pitch and gone for it. Gana is still a top notch player in any team and Garner is solid enough as well. I’d love to target better obviously but I just don’t see an issue there.

Fullback well the less said the better.

I really like that idea of Ndiaye on left and Dibling on right. Let Jack move from side to side but have shots on goal instead of always being the assist guy.

It's there for us. I think Ndiaye wants to be out left too. And Grealish must be getting well pissed off at being doubled up on out wide.
