2025/26 Vitalii Mykolenko

not sure if he was injured or not but the sub today was a good one. Allowed two forward thinking players to come on without losing Garner (more forward thinking than Myko). Moyes probably left it too long.

I am not sure that Myko will continue for long as our starting LB

Dont think he is a moyes type of fb not saying he wants a fully attacking fb but does want them to push on. Just feel is far to negative as a lb myko for me

He's just a terrible footballer. His inability on the ball cost a goal today His delivery is unbearably poor, a couple of laughable moments. By far and away the weakest link in the team. Both full back positions need drastically improved upon from Moyes choices currently.

Delivery is shocking but so is his ability to do anything worthwhile in possession. We have great attacking options in N'Diaye, Grealish and Dibling but the full backs kill the balance of the team.

I really like the lad and defensively he's boss. He would piss the Italian league if he went there.

It all depends on Aznou. If Aznou can force his way into the team this season then it will give Moyes a decision to make.

Particularly with PSR it would have been a good boost to the current year figures and allowed the club to spend more with any new purchase amortised out over contract term.

His book value will be zero next summer as his 4 year contract expires.

I believe his contract will be extended this season and so I guess would be around £2mil.

Cant see any new LB starter being signed when weve only just signed Aznou.

I expect we'll keep Mykolenko until Aznou has taken over.

If there is a buyer out there get him gone and replace him, and it won't be for 26m as his agent and mates tried to say, no one in the right mind pays that for him.
