Digital tickets

So, we’ve got two season tickets, one updated for West Ham game two days ago the other one is still stuck on Villa. Anyone else similar or is it time to try ringing the club?
As soon as I sold my WHU ticket on resale my ST showed Crystal Palace . So I think they update quite promptly.

You can raise a case with the ombudsman about anything. The main condition is you have to have contracted the club first, and given them time to deal with your complaint. Once the club have responded, there is a form on the ombudsman website where you have to fill in all the details about the complaint, and the response from the club.

In my case, although I do have a smartphone, Google wallet doesn't work on it
