2025/26 Tim Iroegbunam

I feel a bit sorry for him in a way. He had the Championship loan with QPR in 22-23 and since then has been used as a bit-part player by Villa for a season and then a squad player last season with us. If he went out on loan again straight after the QPR one, where he did well, I think we would be seeing a much better and more refined player. Ultimately he really needed another Championship loan but we would have needed another midfielder to compensate for that.
I agree. I think the kid has talent, just needs a club where he can be settled and get regular first team minutes
 


Thought he had a great first half against villa but worried if could cope with the rats at the weekend tho but probably deserves to keep his place think he has improved imo
