What free agent strikers are you talking about? 35 year old Michail Antonio who was in a horrific car accident last season is probably one of better options available now. It's September you usually can't get a good free agent this late they've already been signed if they were decent
 

Starting place going if he wants it enough, won't take much to dislodge Beto. He came on Saturday and looked......not arsed. Could be completely wrong mind and he was under instruction to keep shape etc but he just jogged around the gaff.

You should have seen him warming up down by the family stand. Didn't look interested/unhappy he was sub but was barely moving.

I think one thing we know about Moyes is he won't accept shirking so you'd have to assume that's maybe more to do with his general demeanour than the attitude he's showing behind the scenes. I agree though that i'd hoped for him to look a little more, i don't know the right word - dynamic maybe? - than he has so far.

Seeing him waiting to come on, Enthusiastic springs to mind..

Maybe he just carries a strange demeaner..

First goal hopefully settles him.

….he had that one half chance when Rohl put him in (very decent pass). He did ok protecting the ball from the defender, they were going stride for stride but I was just wanting him to generate a little power on his left and go across the keeper but it got a deflection and nearly went in.

Give the lad a chance. Probably still struggling to remember how to get to training.
