dyche thinks

He has a point, but in Sean Dyche style his opinion is so extreme it harnesses the actual sentiment

Yu look at Amorin, Potter & Russel Martin and they are so stuck in one way of playing they are so predictible

The better managers about use what they have and put a sprinkle of something else onto it to adapt.....Iraola, Emery, Howe, Moyes

Dyche is very much stuck in one way of playing.

You're right, and so is Dyche, it’s just hypocritical coming from him since he’s also one of the most 'stuck in his ways' and predictable managers out there. His approach is the antithesis of coaches like Potter and Martin, I think that's why Rangers fans want him, they see his style as being the complete opposite of Martin, and to be fair, i think he would do a far better job than him. Whatever I think of him he does have years of experience in the PL, He should definitely be able to set up a team to beat sides that are bottom-half Championship or League One quality.
