ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

They never get a player sent off.

Kerkez on a yellow, deserves a 2nd, gets away with it and subbed off on 38 minutes. It stinks!!
Same crap different day. Derby season before last, Beto breaks past Konate who is on a yellow, Konate takes him down. Most obvious second yellow you can have. Not given and he’s subbed off by klopp almost immediately after who then actually admitted he should’ve been sent off. Just par for the course with the prem officials. They’re so bad at their jobs.

Nah they are pedestrian. Salah isn't the player he was, they've sold Diaz and sadly lost Jota. Isak is a good striker but not particularly pacy. If they lose a game or two I think the doubt might creep in. That said nobody else is much good either.
I think Arsenal have got a better team and squad than them.

The problem is Arteta doesn't think so.

Unless City properly get their act together again, I just unfortunely can't see who'll be keeping up with them again this season (because it's not gonna be Arsenal). They've got the league by the balls despite being patently average with the main issue being that no one else is willing to put the hard yards in to push them all the way. Happened last season and, so far, looks like it's panning out that way again.

I am absolutely aghast that they have won all 4 of their games so far. Never known luck quite like it and it must properly dishearten the rest of the league...

I think (and hope!) if Arsenal or one of the others can keep tight to them for long enough that they can beat them to the title. After all, both seasons they've won the Prem they've been handed it on a plate and sailed away with it with ease. I had a look and, since the 20-21 season, they've finished top 3 in twelve of those but only won it twice (when they managed to break loose early on and the others didn't come back to them), which suggests that when it's tighter they've always managed to come up short.
