Honestly thought he was pretty unlucky not to score. One of them is a top level save by Martinez

He has done very well since the later part of last season, bar the iffy leaving the ball alone on wolves goal for me. He's gone from a lot not wanting him, or he's a good 4th choice to now the odd few are saying keep him in when everyone is fit etc.

Personally think he still drops out when JB is back but it’s nice to have that trust in your 4th choice. And also have the option to ease JB in or give JT a rest.

That’s why it made sense keeping him for a year. He’s well liked in the dressing room too.

Bit harsh. He's a defender and we didn't concede. He did his primary job, not his fault or forwards/creative players didn't do theirs.

It was a fine header from Keane. However, Martinez did what he always does: grandstands with his saves.

A step to his left and he can get hold of that header or punch it clear.

Martinez is a good keeper but an utter fraud at times.

You're probably right.
I don't watch enough football to know about Martinez grandstanding.
Thought it was a brilliant save personally.
