He played for the local club here in Calgary, fair play to the Plymouth fans

In light of the appalling racial abuse experienced by Bim Pepple recently, PASOTI have kindly raised money in support of the forward.

The online forum - Plymouth Argyle Supporters On The Internet - have come together to raise a sum of £4,200, which will be used to sponsor Bim.

The generosity shown by the platform's users is greatly appreciated by Bim, and everyone at Argyle, and we thank the Green Army for the support shown to Bim in the last week.

I apologise in advance for the multiple ads on this link but a story with sharing. Never had the pleasure of meeting him

What a life ! how lucky to live a fit and healthy 102 years still with a sharp mind ,where's the lard .

Good morning all on this dull day .I hope all are well and had a good night followed by a lovely day free of unwanted trauma but a win would be worth worrying over . I ncooked something a few weeks ago and it needed lard ,it was more expensive than steak and I had to melt it off the meat before I could use it .
Have a great day all COYB

That’s a lovely tribute to Redmond thanks for sharing. Lived to 102 and apparently never watched Everton or had a G&T in his life …..just saying like.

For @Barnfred 55 , just for you I thought I would see what you can get with Apple music /spotify /YT comparisons using headphones and found this article ,it will not set your mind at rest but if you are like me be more confused at the end than at the start .Suffice to say I think that they said Apple is best but -and YT is better than Spotify for sound quality .

Bluetooth doesn't support lossless audio so if you are using Bluetooth headphones, you need headphones that convert the lossless file into a LDAC file to keep the sound quality - a decent pair should do that if you have the right setting on

As y'all know being born in Plymouth , they are my 2nd team. I'm also on the PASOTI forum.

This racism story is very misleading .

Apparantly the posts have been traced back to Turkey and it's believed that they arose from a failed bet after Pepple missed a penalty.

Morning everyone ,

I've had better starts to the day ..........all a bit crap on the granny front.

Ah well as D Ream said - things can only get better . Don't let me down Everton!
Keep your head up fella, you are doing great.

Re Everton, I’m not liking the overconfidence that seems to be the mood around this game. Can’t wait for it though having said that.

A morning spent removing blackberry creepers from the newly cut hedges and a general tidy up for autumn. I feel like I have earned a beer or 3 for the match.

Fun fact, the original Redmond O’Hanlon was a Rapparee from Poyntzpass, Co Armagh. A Rapparee is the Irish term for both a guerilla fighter of the time (1600s Cromwellian conquest) or a highwayman.
