Yes Davies was a good young talent and the goal v city put him on a pedestal, that some fans hung their hats on for a good few years, some managers thought the same, but it was obvious he was quite small and slow and was never going to be the player he was at youth level. Armstrong is basically built for the modern game and has the talent to go with it

MOTM = zero. Through balls one I think. Couple of straightforward assists. Mainly played against lower league opposition.

I just want to point out that throughout his whole loan at Derby last season he played one through ball.

Again this is not me saying he's bad! He's a fantastic prospect! But people just really have to adjust their perception of what a fantastic prospect 18 year old actually means when compared to top level senior football.
