Problem is we have lost a decent portion of our squad depth and not yet replaced a sufficient number of them or addressed the squad issues we already had before that. Plus the teams coming up this time already look to be improvements on last year's trio of wet lettuces (Burnley aside).

So basically, if you don't have the blind optimism of a 4 year old, don't bother saying anything.

Theres plenty of threads to express concern - like the transfer one if you feel more transfers are needed to avoid a relegation scrap. Or how's the season going thread, if you think early form is troubling.

Having a dedicated relegation thread for a team that's finished 20+ clear the last 2 seasons is potty. Especially before a ball was kicked. Or after 1 game. -

For added clarity, based on 14 posts, I'm not 100% convinced you're an Everton fan @Beanosbeej - which also influenced my opinion.

I've not ran a platform for opinion for nearly 2 decades, to prevent opinion. As I said, there's plenty of threads to express opinion/relegation concern.
