Anyone that bought tickets of this service for the Brighton Game received them yet?

I got a ticket for my dad following the ballot being unsuccessful- but no tickets sent yet (just a note in app saying they will be issued 2-4 days before event)

Called Customer service - they stated the ticket has been emailed. I let them know I haven’t received it, checked spam folders etc etc - nothing.

They said they will send it again but still haven’t received it..

Not exactly a premium experience so far

Paid £440 for 2 tickets to Brighton, 6 rows form the back of the stadium in section 229, right in he NE corner. View was decent but all views are decent at a minimum in the stadium. All that money for a free program i never managed to get and a food voucher i didnt use either.
No premium lounge access in North stand, etc. does anyone know what is "premium" about these tickets?

I paid £150 for tickets v Villa.

Now on sale at £200.

Forest game in December currently showing at £99 and Arsenal £125z

I guess the premium just means you are guaranteed a ticket 🤷🏻‍♂️ also that you get your £10 voucher and a program thrown in.

As long as you queue to the right program seller, i queued to one and was told she didn't have the scanner for QR code to give me the program...

My son sat in that section, closer to the front of the NE Upper and he said there was nothing different about the seats/view to where he's sat at the test events.

Programmes were readily available to buy as was food. His ticket was £67 from the ticket resale site (for which he had to pay £60.00 for the Forever Blue+ membership.) I guess buying through seat unique a) guarantees you a ticket b) saves you from buying a membership if you're not planning on going regularly and won't need access to the resale site, but there was nothing remotely different about the seats. If anything, I'd say that being right above the away fans they're arguably worse seats that in any other part of the ground.

My Seat Unique tickets have arrived by email today for Saturday. All looks pretty smooth so far.

I made the mistake of saving them both to my Apple wallet, once you have saved them they can’t be transferred to another phone. So we will just have to go work that out on Saturday I guess.

Are they not like the normal tickets, which you can delete from your wallet and then redownload on another device?

(And, by the way, I can totally appreciate you might not want to experiment!)
