Well, I was going to say that Ange seems like a bad appointment, seeing that he is walking into a squad of players that aren’t his, and they won’t be able to adapt to his style. But Forest will just bring in 15 players in January with no PSR troubles for whatever reason.

Got to admit the site owner going in to bat so relentlessly and aggressively for Nottingham Forest was not on my GOT 2025 bingo card.

I still don't understand your point, which is why I assumed you misunderstood.

What does bumping off the ceiling mean?

I've said he's done very well at Forest, and you began talking about sustained success in the Premier League and trigger happy ownership.

Cringe.

"not on my bingo card"

What next?

"Adulting", "So... I did a thing", “I’m not crying, you’re crying”.

It's not Facey B, babes.

This might be one of my favourite ever exchanges on here.

Up there with swimmy badges

What has Nuno done here? without taking that much notice of what's going on at Forest the little I've seen is that of a lunatic chairman in the Al Fayed mould.
I'm happy to be enlightened.

Owner came onto the pitch last season and publicly berated Nuno so I said I lost respect for him after that since he never quit the job.

Not really specific to football but anyone who just puts up with that and stays in their job looks cowardly to me.

Okay ta fair enough, thought I'd missed something on the football side of things.
TBH I can see why Nuno didn't walk, he'll have a massive pay off which he wouldn't have got had he walked, probably knew it was coming so he's got one over the owner/bully there, don't see it as cowardice tbf it's all part of the big game.
You rarely see managers resign unless they either have another job lined up or have been up to no good and been caught out.
