So, this international WC qualifier is being played in Cologne, this is the RheinEnergieStadion. Finished in January 2004, part of the Germany WC 2006 ground updates.

This stadium holds 50k for league games and 46k for internationals. Ours holds 52.8k, does anyone know if there is a restriction on ours similar to Cologne's for international matches?
