Obviously this is all relative saying who has had a good window or not, as you can only tell on the pitch
Really Good Window
Les Rouge - Improved on the squad from last season
Chelsea - Not spent as much or brought in as many people think, Garnacho could prove a bargain
Sunderland - Gone for the 'lets get a whole new team' approach.......could work
Toffees - Low socks FC
Spurs - Ended up spending a lot but the best 2 signings could be the loans of Paulinha & Muani
Mid Window
Arsenal - Bought loads of defenders, but also added a winger and centre forward, could be good but could be a failure, tempted to put them in good due to Eze, will Arteta know how to use him properly though
Bournemouth - Would put most clubs that lose 4 of there back 5 (at low prices) in bad window, but they have an excellent manager, and the losses haven't seemed to hamper them, really like Diakite & Doak
Leeds - Improved certain areas from the team that come up, dont think it will be enough though
Man City - Brought in quality early, sometimes a quite window is a good thing, missed out on genuine world class GK in Donurumma (unless it gets a late announcement)
West Ham - Fernandes & Diouf look like good signings, Kudus downed tools last season, all depends on how the manager does
Fulham - consistency could be a blessing in disguise, not much movement from the team that did well last season, dont know anything about Kevin
Wolves - Tempted to put them in good window due to getting £22m for Fabio Silva, bought some unknowns, but sealing and keeping Strand Larson is a good thing, shown at the end of last season can be ok without Cunha
Bad Window
Palace - Will see keeping Guehi as a victory, but the big thing is losing Eze, not sure he's been replaced properly, manager will make sure they are ok though
Man Utd - £60m loss on Antony, £40m loss in Hoijland, couldnt move anyone else on permanently, Cunha & Mbuemo obviously PL proven, but have they improved elsewhere?
Forest- £190m spent on 6 forward players that dont improve the attack (apart from Ndoye), some heavy and obvious influence from some Edu/Joorabchian favorites in Hutchison, Zinchenko & Luis, I'm just not convinced its thought through
Brighton - Worse off then when they started the window, made some losses on players bought in previous windows
Burnley - Lost some of there better players from last season, not added that much in terms of genuine quality
Brentford- You cant look past them losing almost 40 goals from last season and replacing it with Ouattara
Newcastle - Pretty much over paid for Elanga, Woultenmade, Wissa & Ramsey, Thiaw will be good for them, but you cant look past the amount of players they missed out on and got desperate at the end, lost there best player also
Villa- Players posting cryptic tweets about sales, only spending money on one player likely at low cost to start with and a few loans or frees, makes it look like the Townsend, Demari Gray, Amadou Onana window for us
