2025/26 Harrison Armstrong

Did you study maths at Trump University?
No , but my feelings on his loan to me is to comfy for DM his loving club Preston shock horror - The lad has never let us down in fleeting glimpses of him _ i feel if we could not loan him for 6 months - then we should have kept him around Greilish & co in training he would have learnt far more IMO - plus good to have him as back up with injuries & the Afcon etc - get him around our squad in training etc - his wages would not hurt our finances much either ....

The lad need to play competitive men’s football. He’s not going to get many minutes for us this season. Hardly any 18 year olds break through in central midfield. It’s ludicrous that you think you know better than David Moyes. N.B. if Chermiti’s value had decreased by 200% that would mean we are paying another club £12m to take him off our hands.

We are loaded in the attacking positions now and Moyes tends to be more conservative with the deeper midfield types correct call imo will learn alot more on loan then playing in the odd cup game or bit part

You just dont get my main point do you - we know what he can do so sending him out again iMO is short sighted - Mr Magoo

You're right about one thing. I don't get your point at all. He had a relatively average loan spell at a relegation battling championship team that played awful football. He still has a lot to learn. Nowhere near ready for the premier league. You're just completely wrong on this I'm afraid.

MOTM in his last game with 2 assist - you are completely wrong we may only have a certain class player he could learn off in training for a season from City - he may not be here when Harrison returns - a wasted opportunity to learn form the best IMO ....

Preston that trail blazing club = hey ho .....

Preston aren't a bad side. They b are up around the top half pushing for Playoffs usually.

Its a local team, decent competitive level and he'll get minutes in that side.

They also have Dobbin, Gibson, Small who he will likely be familiar with.

Alcaraz was MOTM and it was against a League One team. One of those assists was a two yard pass to someone who scored a 20 yarder. 😂😂😂 I really think you need to get over this. Lots of young players get sent on loan. Pretty sure Preston was where David Beckham went aged 20 and he didn't do too bad.

Chermitti signed for 15 million hardly had a kick of the ball! - sold at almost a 200 percent loss....
Signed for £11.5M with add-ons up to £15 (which won’t have been triggered).
There was also a percentage (12.5%) of any profit we’d get going to Sporting.

His book price was down to £6M (after 2 of the 4 years of his contract) and we sold him for £10M plus add-ons (and a sell-on percentage).

He was never going to be good enough so we moved him on.
Not technically a profit, so we pay Sporting nothing, but we will get our money back (and his wages) eventually.

Actually a good bit of business.
