Great question. Not sure that it does but common sense would dictate that there is a cut off date for adding to.your squad

If we get Merlin and his Fort then this has been a very good window (eventually).

Seems like it’s Beto or Barry up front though!

After watching Gyokeres play like a competition winner I’m happy with Beto and Barry.

Was going to say, even if we get this Hector Fort, is he going to start above O'Brien? No chance, further more O'Brien as not put a foot wrong all season and please don't stone me... Keane hasn't either. Personally we would be wasting a loan slot on Fort

Is a lad who played twenty games for Barca last season gonna start over an out of position CB whose looked useless going forward this season - yeah I'd hope so.

Very disappointing was when we barely signed any players for about 5 windows in a row. This has been the best window I can remember since Lukaku, Barry, McCarthy.

RB was a key position we needed to strengthen. Doing well in other areas of the window doesn't mean that we should not be disappointed with not addressing it.

I'm happy with the other business we have done.

I’m far more excited by everything else we’ve done this window than I am disappointed about right back. It’s not gonna put it us in trouble this season, so I’m gonna dwell on it. A couple more summers with this level of progress and I’ll be confident the squad will be in great shape.

I'd sooner buy players that help us score and make us entertaining to watch. We're not going to go down and buying attacking potential now we will stand us in much better stead in the long term.

I think we’ve done a pretty decent job of that this window. I would just like to balance it on the defense too - a bit of Martinez attack +Moyes defending as it were.

But it out of both of our hands anyway so let’s just cross fingers you are right!
