He would be an excellent partner for JB. I would suggest that if he joined he'd be our 2nd best CB.

He would be able to deputise for JB and would be his replacement when he inevitably moves on.

He would instantly be our best left back.

At a push he can play DM.

I know he's good at left back but not loving the idea of a backline of four cb's. Obviously hoping for a rb today but also think/hope Aznou has been signed to play.
