Not at the expense of a RB though. Will cost us over the season not having a specialist there - as good as JOB has been.

I would agree. However we are at a stage now where if we can't get a rb and can get a CB it would be foolish not to add a CB.

a) Hardly anyone is up there with Gana tbf
b) Rohl played a variety of roles when he did play last season, and was used sparingly minutes wise due to his injury riddled year.

A) there's plenty of players in that same ballpark (wham just got Magassa for like 15m)
B) it was even worse the previous season when he played more

Sorry to be negative about this one. If he's good for us then our scouting department have some massive edge, because most other people think he's dreadful. Be delighted if most other people were wrong tho.

I haven't watched him in the Bundesliga but I saw a bit of him in the Euros. He seems far more like a Doucoure replacement rather than a Gana one and it's the latter which we need more in my opinion.

Freiburg games are generally on at 2:30pm most weekends due to them not being one of the "bigger" teams in Germany. Most of our games the past couple of years have been the same as we're generally not seen as a big TV draw, either.

I get that some might have encountered Röhl a few times, but there's no chance Blues around here will have seen him enough of him to materialise an opinion.
