Can see is being true imo as just dont think looks the same player this season. As you always got alot of fight with him and put in alot of effort defensively, has prob hit him being told is a squad player hten with ndiaye grealish dibbling is very low doen now from a starter. And i like the lad think has been a good signing for us a had big moments that have kept us up prob is the right time to sell this season or next

Thing with mcneil is if we get a good offer then yeah sell if a loan no pointless as prob on low wages and cover few positions. Is why id love to get a rb whk could also cover as a rm when needed, i still expect us to bring players in before the close of the window

Only worth doing that if we guaranteed to bring in a better replacement otherwise keep him and he can show fight for his place. Also for him he's only gonna join a worse team. Just as well stay here

"What if we don't get injuries" there is a very high risk we will and you need to prepare cover for that. Again we need a strong bench too. Fans don't need to worry about the money.

Or Barry next week a season ending one. Then we have one striker till January,
Sell a McNeil allows to maybe buy a midfielder if ones available I knows it’s a big if, but for me centre mid is our weakest position. And maybe also give us money to loan forward/winger, not richarlison but someone capable of filling in a few positions. That would make more sense than keeping hold of McNeil .
Maybe we get a RB and centre mid and a striker.

Yeah I don’t mind replacing him. Selling him on deadline day and depleting our options is just daft though.

In my view is why you sign a rb if he leaves who is more attacking so could cover as rw, similar to what we have on aznou who can cover lb and lm
