Brighton didn’t have like 21 players in their entire squad.

Thing with mcneil is if we get a good offer then yeah sell if a loan no pointless as prob on low wages and cover few positions. Is why id love to get a rb whk could also cover as a rm when needed, i still expect us to bring players in before the close of the window

Also better off having an experienced "20m" player we know on the bench than persuading someone to come in to sit on our bench. What kind of player would be up for that?

No, bringing in a right back we can afford (and surely to god there is one) without depleting an already paper thin squad, makes more sense. Certainly to me.

Sheffield Utd fans have been largely critical of Hamer yesterday from what I've seen and SU didn't have a shot on target yesterday, never mind provide much attacking play.

Hackney didn't need to do much yesterday in particular, because SU got nowhere near them.

And yes, sounds like we did watch a different game

Never suggested you did make that claim. But I'd hope if we did sign a young player from the Championship that's what we'd be looking for.(Dibling) For me Hamer is a decent midfielder playing in a poor side. He has Prem experience that may have made him a decent acquisition as a squad filler for not a lot of money,but as we are possibly looking for a DM that's not going to happen.
