Moyes said that?Sounds like we could be done. Very disappointing if so, as we are paper thin in defensive areas.

Alcaraz hasn't really done anything exceptional yet to earn a start, and especially now since we have both Grealish and Ndiaye whose best two positions are both left wing or number 10... doesn't really leave any room for poor Carlitos who can really only play in number 10 role.
Dewsbury-Hall is more or less guaranteed to start every time he is fit, deffo. Much more rounded player than Alcaraz and better in virtually all aspects of the game.
I think Alcaraz would be a liability played deeper or shifted to the wing.
He's still young, can develop more and will anyhow get plenty of games this season as we always love picking up serious injuries early into the season which keep key players out for months.
I'm just wondering if Sir would still prefer Alcaraz over Dewsbury-Hall in the side?I disagree with almost everything youve written here.
So much so, that im going to bed.

Hard to find decent quality in the loan market to walk into a starting spot which is what we are after.Yeah, that doesn’t sound too promising re new faces, does it?
Surprised if not, having only used up one loan space.
Once Branthwaite and Aznou are back, that should be the end of Onyango on the bench, but we'd also be 2 injuries away from him being back there. I think we have some 'would likes' over the next couple of days, but we've got much more quality than we've ever had in the last few years.Hard to find decent quality in the loan market to walk into a starting spot which is what we are after.
This squad isn't the desperate for bodies one we had under Dyche.
The kind of thing you'd say after a win tbflook at his presser matey has
we are trying but if we don’t he’s ok with it
Jackson transfer pulled, no Kane to EvertonBayern have just signed Jackson. Let the transfer dominoes commence.
Kane to Everton to break the PL scoring record

Surely if any players comes, we will hear something tomorrow...with the window closing at 7pm
Let the 2nd fella outTheres part of me that knows this is the completely wrong thing to do...
But theres another part of me that just thinks lets fecking have it!
I don’t think we’ll be looking for starters at this point. Moyes has been playing down need for a RB all window, and everywhere else has a strong starter (on paper at least).Hard to find decent quality in the loan market to walk into a starting spot which is what we are after.

Nah man, the yellow ties might have mercifully done one, but the grotesque pageantry of the idiotic day remains. I’m sure we’ll keep our powder dry for the super exciting TDD reveals instead.Surely if any players comes, we will hear something tomorrow...with the window closing at 7pm
