Glad he didn't come on. He's not fit yet, let him get there for after the break.
Whisper it quietly, but we need more than 11 players.I just find it weird to spend that much money and then "bed them in". No clue who he should replace as Ndiaye is probably top 2 on the pitch week in week out.
You don't spend £40m on a rotation playerWhisper it quietly, but we need more than 11 players.
The way things are going in the Premier lge these days u probably doYou don't spend £40m on a rotation player
Scored 3 goals without him. Not sure who comes out at the moment. He’s in the squad now, the fee is somewhat irrelevant, needs to get match fit and beat one of the midfielder out for a place. Not for nothing but a player who played the entire season in the Premier League shouldn't need to be "bedded" in.
Yeah this is it I think. Reckon Moyes would've given him 5-10 minutes had that second Wolves goal not happened when it did..Missed the chance to bring him on today. 3-1 up and in the ascendency on 70 mins he could have strutted his stuff. 3-2 up and defending at 80 mins onwards is not the time to bring him on.
How good is that to say?Dibling will need to earn a place in the starting line-up and that is nothing against him as a player. He has older players with more experience to compete with for a place in the starting eleven. Perhaps his role will be to run tired defenders ragged in a manner which will put opponents to the sword. I just cannot see him walking into the side at present and he may have to wait a few weeks to get his first start.
...and not have it be a reflection on him, but rather because the current XI have been performing well without him for now!I’ve waited a long time for us to be able to leave a £42 mill pound player on our bench.
