Got to give him time to get up to speed but there was a point towards the end when the ball got played to their centre back, Barry jogged towards him and KDH, who was further away. Went sprinting past him to pressure the defender.

Got to have a bit more intensity that that when you come off the bench. Maybe it’ll just take him time to adjust to what’s required. I’m sure Moyes will be letting g him know.

I would disagree actually. I thought he did well when he came on. Had company over though so only had one eye on the game

Disagree. His hold up and first touch was more than fine. I like Beto but Barry has clearly got much better hold up and first touch.

There defenders could’ve got the deckchairs out, he gave them no hassle whatsoever, one of the many reasons it kept coming back at us whenever we got out of our half

To be blunt, he never contributed a thing when he came on.
You are correct about defensive clearances, but that's nothing to do with Barry.
He's got to get involved, start closing a few defenders down and battling for possession, he playing like he's got all day, he's not in La Liga now.

Same here, for me theres defo a decent player there, just needs time to settle and adjusted to the speed of the prem

I love people who blame strikers for not holding the ball up when nothing is hit in their direction with any quality. Mark Hughes in his prime wouldn't have held on to any of the balls knocked up to Barry. Complete lack of knowledge of the game.
