Obviously Kurt was telegraphing to us that a new signing is flying in to John Lennon Airport tonight. The absence of flight trackers and eyewitness observations from the arrivals hall is very disappointing!

I think @Kurt.'s updates are so cryptic, that unfortunately most of the forum can't even begin to fathom them out!! (Myself included)

I'd say, let's give him the benefit of the doubt, double down or even treble down lads & give him till the end of the window!!...@Kurt. Won't let us down

I remember the groans every time he gave away possession cheaply. In his entire career he has 15 goals (5 for Everton) and 18 assists (3 for Everton). That's for a winger. That's a pretty terrible record. You were obviously very easily amazed.

I wouldn’t take anything say as gospel…. Dibling, I was 100% about because I know someone who knows someone who was close to it. And even then it’s 2 or 3 days later I heard anything.
Same now, I hear possibles and maybes … but 2 or 3 days later…. Deals are dead by that time if they’re a non starter. Only name I’ve heard is Zinchenko… but it’s not very likely. Like I keep saying, I’m not itk on anything, just sharing with you guys what I get told. I wouldn’t place money on anything.

Kilbane was rubbish. Seems like a good lad but he was a terrible footballer, I winced every time he was on the team sheet. Like many other players he seems to have become a much better player in the minds of some as the memories have faded regarding his

Fair point also mate ….but judge him vs Pienaar, Mirallas or Donavan.

That said miles better than say Simon Davies.

Hes probably in the Europa League places of wingers here during Moyes 1.0.

Simon Davies is a good comparison. Somehow they both made a living in the PL. Best I can say is they worked hard and were very professional

No to Mainoo loan. Overrated, not what we need, and ultimately would never want to stay on with us so what’s the point. Would just be using us to try get an England spot.

Mate, I literally take nothing during any transfer window seriously!!

I appreciate anyone passing on any info, whether it turns out right or wrong!

Everyday, me & my 2 lads discuss & argue about who we should sign & who we are potentially close to signing!

I love some of the shouts of this forum, good or bad & same again with some of the rumours!

It's not about who's right today, tomorrow, or even next week!! (Never you @davek )
