Agree the Office was the best thing he's ever done but it's up there with Fawlty Towers, Sellers' Clouseau and Life of Brian for me (nothing beats Airplane).

Not a huge fan of his stand-up tbf but most of his stuff is at least passable and that radio show with Karl Pilkington had some brilliant moments.

Maybe he does know stuff, but 99% of the posts that people get hung up on he clearly doesn’t know anything at all. I know some stuff that goes on at big companies and the government before the general public do because of my job, but that doesn’t mean every time I mention these people I have inside info, and it definitely doesn’t mean my mate has inside info. That should be pretty obvious to be honest.

We want a defensive midfielder and have looked at him. Better than arsing around trying to get Soucek or Hackney (even though I really like Hackney) and neither are proper 6s.

If Arouna Kone of 2013 could be time warped to 2025 I would have nothing against him as an addition to our forward line. Unspectacular but useful.

No idea who is the closest present day counterpoint to Kone would be … but would probably cost a bit more than £6m in the current crazy inflated market.
