Tried to find a clip of his pass to Beto for the break that lead to the 2nd goal. If anyone has seen it please post it. It was a brilliant ball, hopefully a precursor to this lads potential.

I was v excited by his cameo. He’s obviously a lefty on the right, but one turn late on showed that he could beat the full back on the outside as comfortably as just cutting in. I think Dwight’s problem on the right is as much about his balance as his one footedness. Dibling has fantastic balance. Think that’s something that makes good players great.

Didn't do a great deal when he cam eon yesterday but some of the touches and little shimmies he does to completely send a defender when he's not even moving at pace were signs to me that there is a serious player in there.

It will unfortunately. As a fan base we're obsessive over transfer fees on players.

I can understand the obsession with transfer fees as we have been ripped off before and overpaid on far too many players. Such purchases contributed to our PSR issues given that we have had problems selling players for adequate fees, leading to points deductions. I am not saying that Dibling will fall into that bracket, but we need to be wary of fees and spend carefully.

Goes long beyond that - referring to increased scrutiny on players who cost more. Fellaini, Sigurdsson etc.

I thought he did alright considering he has only been here 3 days and is only 19. He got better as he played and that will continue as he gets more relaxed and comfortable.

I thought he did fine, didn't have to do much. I'm excited to see him in a league game where there's more intensity. Last night was perfect to let him have a bit of exposure. Maybe we will see him against Wolves on Saturday?

I'd imagine this was as much a sign of nerves than anything else. A good pre match clear out and a bit of hair fiddling can probably be understood?
