Yes, on Apple. I’ve had my st on 3 different phones, downloaded 4 times and used an old one tonight to get in. You have to download it from the original email.Do you know about downloading the ST to two different phones? Would that work?

I think for the first game they might have been hoping for a lot of last minute sales to fans who hadn't managed to get tickets. The club could sort something out where they have our youth teams or their families on a standby list so if the tickets aren't sold they fill the seats at short notice. It looks terrible with blocks of empty seats.I’ll bet that is the case mate.
Hopefully both parties decide to reduce their allocation.
If SU couldn’t sell their quantity of tickets for the first ever PL game at the stadium, the likelihood is that they’ll only ever sell their lot for the derby.
If the email has three tickets attached I think it should have three separate links. If there is only one link to click on then I suspect there is only one ticket attached.
Just a thought, but is there any chance you have different emails linked to your two kids accounts and their tickets could have been emailed to them?
Try “resend email” in your ticketing account.

It's shameful that the club has turned off phone lines and we're relying on fellow supporters to try to help each other out and avoid unnecessary hassle just to be able to use the tickets you've paid for.Thanks for the posts. It was all 3 tickets in 1 email as the lead booker. I had to go to the ticket office and even they didn’t know why it wouldn’t work, after trying themselves on my phone. They issued us with paper tickets instead, which was a lot easier all round.
