Genuinely thought that the entire team had good spells in the game there. Alcaraz, Garner, Armstrong, Coleman, Barry & Grealish all especially positive. Travers and the centre halves pretty comfortable throughout.

Gave motm to Alcaraz. Could easily have been Coleman, garner or Armstrong. Dibling had some nice moments, but he looks like he needs games to get up to fitness. Players getting good minutes, and all in all, useful game and job done.

Nice to get the win and get through to the next round, 3 thoughts.

First half Grealish was amazing again, in defence and attack, everything good came through him really.
Not many teams will be that defensive against us for 90 minutes this season so it was good to see we were able to break them down, in past seasons we would have struggled a lot more and created fewer chances.
That Alcaraz goal was really good, if you see the angle from behind him, he bends it round the defenders and back in, almost like a free kick around a wall.

Pretty much what I thought would happen. Mansfield were never gonna score, they didn’t even have a shot on target, so why burn up all that effort trying for 5 or 6. Job done, move on.

If it weren't for the straight to penalties malarkey the game would've been a more comfortable watch, thought for long periods we looked decent, a bit more intensity to our play.
Good to see Charly get a better, thought he was probably our best on the night
