Still no email. Not sure when to tell my 10yr old grandson that we can't go. I feckin hate this club.

I finally managed to speak to someone and have got mine sorted now. If you don't get through or don't have chance to call, you can go to the ticket office at the Hill Dicko before the game with your original confirmation email (I'm sure there'll be long queues, but still!) and they should be able to sort it for you - your grandson can't miss the game!

But I doubt they will be.
Im getting the impression that these first few games are guinea pig games.!

My experience is.
Ticket loading with completely wrong information
Tickets linked to one customer number just not computing.
Tickets not auto updating as advised.
Customers finding workarounds rather than club finding solutions
Difficulty trying to make contact with club to resolve. Probably overwhelming but communication would help.
Wasted so much of my time trying to sort Brighton and now tonight. Im talking hours.
Times how many fans?
Actual excitement waning due to anxiety.

Now onto Villa tickets.....i note theres no option to forward to a friend on mine, only sell!

I agree with this. They clearly know there has been a major problem so why not post something on the website acknowledging the issues, stating what actions they are taking to fix it, providing a timescale of when people should have tickets, compiling the various workarounds people have discovered and advising what people who are not sorted by a deadline should actually do. If they don’t sort this properly today I can see either people not getting in or a delayed kick off. Instead they seem to just be keeping quiet presumably in a daft attempt to protect corporate reputation.

I got one for Village Street... I've had confirmation of the purchase, but not had the ticket itself yet. I've my normal £15 one through that I got the other day before deciding to treat myself

Yeah. I contacted seat unique and they said the club issue the tickets.

They said they should be issued this morning.

yes, they emailed me yesterday saying the club are now sending the tickets out.

But i've had nothing from the club

just downloaded the seat unique app and on teir ticket section it says tickets can be downloaded up to 2 hours before kickoff

You can’t forward cup tickets from a season card. You can only forward prem games. If you have a cup ticket not in a season ticket seat then if you get an email with a ticket then you can forward that but not if it’s on your season card.

You can’t forward cup tickets from a season card. You can only forward prem games. If you have a cup ticket not in a season ticket seat then if you get an email with a ticket then you can forward that but not if it’s on your season card.

I gave up my ST a few years back and probably go to about 4 or 5 games a season now.

I feel so sorry for people who like me are hopeless with IT and are struggling with e ticket issues and lack of club contact / communication.

I hope that these are teething issues that can be sorted.

However, these terrible stories that I read about digital tickets coupled with my complete lack of IT skills , knowledge and interest are undoubtedly putting me off going to a game at BMD. My blood pressure just couldn't take the frustration and angst.

Come on Everton sort it out.

Glad we are on the next ST block to be released. Just entering the ballots for the Utd / City / Li'pool / Chelsea / Arsenal top games etc. Don't need the stress!
