I'd take him in a heartbeat. Great player. Instantly imporove our midfield. Was wanted by city a few years ago before his max fixing issues he's now been cleared of. Shows you his level. But of a fallen star trying to prove himself again. Perfect for us really.

The Fort stuff doesn’t make sense from the reports that Barcelona prefer to loan him out rather than sell him. His contract is up next summer, so unless the plan is to get him signed up to a longer deal first, it doesn’t make sense.

It really didn't come across live at the game. At the time I thought he seemed lightweight and ineffective.. but having rewatched it since, I think I was being too harsh. I didn't realise that he was integral to both goals. I'd love him to get the start against Mansfield tonight to just get more minutes in and build his confidence.
