Not likely given NES is in a precarious situation at Forest. If Burnley were to rock up to Old Trafford and beat utd then Ruben Amorim could be gone.

In a normal world it would be Potter though...

They're set up to hit Antonio up front and battle for 50 50 balls there after, the occasional counter break sucker punch when sides are gassed at 60 minutes. A lot of effort, a lot of running, but not a lot of silk. They've lost their big lump up front, they've got an identity crisis, they're being expected to transition into a complete other side and do so quick and efficient. Working on one player in a system is easier than turning around an entire side. Huge job, not exactly set the world on fire with signings, natives grumbling, natives hate the stadium, natives hate the owners, hard times have arrived. They've kicked off in stadium before and attacked the owners area, there'll be stadium bans there if things get as toxic as it looks like they could.

Potter likely knows that he is going to get sacked sooner or later and is just holding out for his compensation package. If he were to resign, he would not get that compensation package.

I cannot see clubs queuing up to hire him and he may well need to drop down a division or move to a club abroad to try and recover his reputation.
