They never make anything easy. Atm I have my ticket showing in the app and added it to my wallet but not my two lads U18 tickets.

Had an invoice and curiously their tickets are not showing that they're not forever blue+ members just say say U18

V Roma I got another email but with all 3 tickets so I can add them to the wallet.

Should I panic yet or have they just not yet sent the tickets out properly?

I received conformation of booking on the day of purchase today recieved an email saying thank you for purchasing a membership

Yeah had the same email - and it's the same transaction number as my actual tickets for tomorrow not a membership - I purchased them in July!!!

Your guess is as good as ours. A few of us have tried calling the Ticket office, but they've given up taking calls to fondle each other instead. Useless feckers.

Thanks, I’ve just tried this on two season tickets, both on two Apple phones, nothing happened. Still no Mansfield game appearing on them.

Have you pressed unhide from expired passes first before doing the mentioned process mate ?

I'm in pretty much this exact same boat mate, got mine but only mine in the app and no email. I'd say not to panic but...it's Everton.

I don't have the option to transfer the villa game. The button just isn't there.

Same for me. Only have the option to list for resale. No transfer option.

Jibbed that app off.

Removed the expired season tickets, went back to my original season ticket email, and added the tickets to apple wallet again - Mansfield now showing on the tickets.

What a bloody rigmarole.

Hope everyone gets theirs ok.

Wish they would have let us have the cards.

I've just pressed the download link on my season ticket email and it's updated from Brighton to Mansfield in my Google wallet.

Had to re add my season ticket from expired pass. Turn update on and off, and then it updated to Mansfield

I resent my ticket i bought for the Mansfield game to myself, hoping it would have the link to download to my wallet!

Instead i get an email saying i bought membership for a year for the price of the league cup ticket!

I rang everton and was told the ticket would automatically update in my wallet! No sign

That’s exactly the same for me, have tried everything obvious and suggested, but nothing makes any difference - rung up, no answer, emailed, no response.

Waiting to see if the Mansfield ticket appears in my google wallet is a bit like watching Everton 2-0 up at 75 minutes. I know logically that it should be ok but experience has taught me that absolutely anything could go wrong……….
