Was at the ground (ticket Office Goodison) this morning mate.
The girl said the rest of the Mansfield tickets are getting sent today.
But I went on the email they sent for my season ticket and clicked on the link again (your name) and the Mansfield ticket appeared.
Try doing that if you have a season ticket.

Does he have a customer number with a login? Could you maybe try adding yours from the app into your wallet... and then log out/log back in to the EFC app using his details and do the same?

Might not work but thought it was worth suggesting.

I don't want to. I want to send it to someone as he's going with his uncle.

From what I gather you can’t transfer cup tickets. I was testing this out with a mate earlier. Got his details in my account but could only give the Villa game.

Hopefully when the email comes you’ll be able to download the tickets in good time.

Could end up being a sell out crowd without half the crowd being there.

I don't have the option to transfer the villa game. The button just isn't there.

I am a ST Holder in auto cup scheme, payment went through ok, confirmation from Everton got the ticket, history says ticket is there. But the season ticket in apple wallet doesn’t have show Mansfield as the next game. Anyone in a similar situation, using iPhone. I have tried re downloading season ticket also. Any help appreciated.

Can only speak from my own experience ,the Mansfield ticket is showing as a seperate item in my wallet i.e. not attached to my ST which still says Brighton and I guess will remain as such till nearer the next home game.

Go to the 3 dots at the top of your ticket in Apple wallet. Click pass details then toggle off and on automatic updates and it should sort it. Did for me

so it’s now showing tomorrows game

and then after that he said will back to what it usually says

is that just your seat

or the nxt game

anyway thankfully my season pass
is back sort of!

I’m not in the autocup but I bought mine on the first day, it’s not showing on my season ticket or in the app, which I downloaded for the first time today. I’m going to start worrying if it’s not there in 24 hours.

Exact same RE panicking.

Thanks, I’ve just tried this on two season tickets, both on two Apple phones, nothing happened. Still no Mansfield game appearing on them.

That’s what I have. I’m not optimistic at present. I can foresee long queues the box office assuming you can even get past security onto the concourse……..,,

Mine is blank to mate are they going to be automatically loaded on to wallet I’m not sure.

I received conformation of booking on the day of purchase today recieved an email saying thank you for purchasing a membership
