He's got like a 3 meter stride FFS; play him on the turn or something akin to what he and Ndiaye pulled off in the 51st minute. I'm just tired of long balls; so, so tired.

He played his part in both goals and I thought he did well in the physical battle against their CB's. Didnt have a ton to work with chance wise other than the corners but I'd say he's at least getting on the end of them, just needs to get better at directing his headers.

It is obvious but it's very clear it's not obvious enough for our fans, who have written him off already.
The lad certainly knows how to score , done it every level he's played at.
Now is the step up to the Prem , if he continues his progress we could have a very good Centre forward on our hands.
I don't think any club ever sold a player purely based on people on the Internet not rating him, so unless Moyes is gonna be a trailblazer, I doubt Barry will be binned off as a result of a few people on the thread not yet being convinced by him. So maybe people should just allow others to have their opinion on him and let it play itself out. Some of you lot on here could start an argument in an empty room.

He showed good speed of thought in some of his build up play I thought, particularly in the roles he played for our goals. That’s very encouraging, as the speed of the prem is what takes a lot of players time to adjust too, especially young lads, so very encouraging.
Tell you what, when he packs on a few more pounds of muscle (which he very likely will as he develops physically over then next year or two), he’s gonna be a nightmare to play against
