I've always thought he was a ted, but today was the day the ignore button finally got pushed. If it were anyone else on the forum, you'd think they were on a wind up, but he's too arrogant to have a sense of humour

It appears a suggestion that we are on the hook for all or most of his monthly salary, and that city aren't charging us for the privilege because they are happy with his wage off the books as they won't be playing him.

Semantics this Zat - you're going to say that we are paying a £12m loan fee because technically City are still paying his wages. Technically you're correct, but the deal is that we are paying a loan fee which is the equivalent of *most* of his wages (and the other portion he's agreed to waive, amazingly) - so either we are paying a huge loan fee and not covering any wages or we are paying no loan fee and covering most of his wages, phrase it however you want

I know I am, but I’m also right, that role is overrated.
 
Rambling here so be warned
If we sign the attacking RB we all want then we need to sign a top class CDM to go with him
Dibling is a left footed right winger who like to cut inside
That leaves a gap for the FB to run into
Problem arises when possession is lost with both our tight sided players high up the pitch
A quick counter and we are dependent on Tarks as the right sided CB to cover
Blessed as he is with a lot of qualities pace is not one of them and I’d hate to see him go 1v1 against a pacy winger
Left side is ok because Branthwaite has the pace to manage.
I’m not sure what Dibling g is like for tracking back but at 19 he will still have a lot to learn about the game
That’s why a fast mobile physically imposing CDM is vital ( plus Gana at his age can’t play every game and then there is AFCON )
Garner is a squad player at this stage filling in gaps at RB, LB And CM
I’d like to see a proper RB a CDM and then an experienced striker on loan
Mitrovic for all his faults is a different type of striker to what we have , is PL proven and can score goals

Is it? We have negotiated the option for a reason, and ability wise he's obviously well ahead of everyone else in the squad. Assuming all things go well and his wages aren't an issue (given what's reported, they aren't and that's a reason he's here now) then it'd be a pretty fair thing to predict?
