Great start to life at our new home. We rode our luck at times, but scored 2 very good goals. Grealish looked good on his full debut. Much more to be optimistic about after Monday

Looks like you watched a different one to me. He was putting himself about and chasing the usual lost causes pumped up to him.

At one point around 75 minutes, a Pickford punt up field was massively overhit and bouncing comfortably into Verbruggen. You could audibly hear Moyes shouting "go on Beto" as though it was a 50/50.

My fear (as a TV viewer) of us losing some of the atmosphere in the new stadium has been put to shame. Today felt electric.

Most important thing (to me) was us scoring the first official goal in the new stadium, just like us scoring the final goal at Goodison. Anything else would've been unbearable.
