Still don't get this signing, especially at that price and with a hefty sell on attached. But looks like he's coming now so fingers crossed he develops into something special, christ knows we need it.

When they were promoted last year there were reports that they wouldnt sell for less than £100m! obviously a bit pie in the sky - but shows how much they rate him.

It is indeed a very good fee - although I'm assuming that the extra £6m is very easily achievable, hence why it is being reported as £42m in practicality..

I wasnt shy about saying the 2 main players i wanted this window were Dibling & Rigg.

I felt Rigg wouldnt come after Sunderland were promoted (though would have tried for him) and Dibling i thought £35mil + add ons would get him - when others were mocking me lol

I think he'll rotate a fair bit with the likes of Alcaraz and McNeil this season.

Its a big fee, Aznou's is a far smaller one. But i reckon we'll start to get excited about both in December when Moyes has games thick and fast.

He'll be one who we see with Armstrong get into the England u21 squad and grow with us to become a full international.

Its exciting. Now we just need Fofana, a top young DM and a RB.
