Durham won by 4 wickets with 1 and half overs to spare. Very poor from Lancashire considering the position they were in. That's now one win in six matches.

Lancashire eventually reached 249-9, likely not enough. Warwickshire already 20-0, 2.2 overs.

Is there any reason I shpuld be aware of for Lancashires dramatic decline over the last 2 years, other than me following them more intently with an app?

I mean ... I know that my support puts a voodoo on football teams but it cant be me killing their cricket ability too can it?

Too busy building hotels and putting on concerts, rather than investing in the team. The actual leadership of the team, head coach and management, has been abysmal.

Will be a twenty twenty comp next year when the other two teams get added, also I find the Sky coverage is far better of it. Love a bit of TMS me but they try too hard when it comes to the Hundred.

Stop building houses on school playing fields would be a start. Introducing to rounders in primary schools. Show an interest at secondary level.

It's to easy to shrug shoulders and say, 'football hoovers up all the talent, why bother!'.
